2025 Annual Conference: 5K-3K Run/Walk

Description

The 5K-3K Run/Walk is a tradition of the International ACAC Annual Conference. All proceeds support the International ACAC Global Fund. Registered participants will receive a bib for the run/walk, in addition to a t-shirt, water, and a light breakfast. 

Additional Details:

  • Runner packets and t-shirts can be picked up at conference registration check-in.
  • The course wraps around a beautiful park called Back Bay Fens.
  • Light breakfast will be provided.
  • Participants should plan to meet at the meet-up location by 6:40 AM to walk as a group to the starting location.

Friends and guests of members are welcome to join the fun! Add your guest as an additional participant below. Each participant costs $30 USD.

Time

The run/walk will start promptly at 7:00 AM.

  • Please arrive by 6:50 AM and be prepared to start your run or walk at 7:00 AM. 
  • Participants should plan to meet at the meet-up location by 6:40 AM to walk as a group to the starting location.

The run/walk will take place on a beautiful course around Back Bay Fens.

How to Register

Register by submitting the form below. Advance registration costs $30 USD if paid before July 16. Day-of registration will be $35 USD, payable only by credit card or cash. 

Members are required to submit the International ACAC Annual Conference Waiver to participate in the 5K-3K. The waiver can be accessed in the form below. If you submitted the waiver when registering for the conference, you are all set!
