The 2025 International ACAC Annual Conference will be held at Northeastern University, July 15-17.
Each year, International ACAC hosts an annual conference for members to come together from around the world. The conference includes professional development, networking, and social programming. The event takes place over five days, including the Conference and the Pre-Conference Institute, with a Counselor Bus Tour the following week. International ACAC annual conferences take place on campuses, which further allows each participant to learn about post-secondary opportunities in the area.
The International ACAC Annual Conference is a member-only event.

Northeastern University
Northeastern’s Boston campus is located in the heart of the vibrant city.
Registration (check-in) will be in the lobby of the International Village Residence Hall, which is in the same building as on-campus housing. The street address is 1155 Tremont Street, Roxbury Crossing, MA 02120, just steps from all conference activities, exhibits, and receptions.

Registration Policies
Secondary schools, higher education institutions, and organizations that employ a current Executive Board member, current Standing Committee member, or current Conference Volunteer Committee member may send an additional representative to the conference (provided the Board or Committee member is one of those attendees).
*Note: if member registrants exceed the above limits, we will cancel the additional registration(s) and refund any payment, less a $5 USD transaction fee.
No more than ten percent (10%) of the total attendees will be comprised of organizational members based anywhere in the world and individual members based in the United States.
All registration fees must be paid in full by June 25, 2025.

Cancellation & Transfer Policies
