2025 Conference Visa Letter Request


International ACAC members who are committed to attending the 2025 Annual Conference can request a letter of invitation for visa applications. 

Please ensure your passport is not expiring in 2025 and that you have enough pages left in your passport before starting this request form.

Please consider the following items should they apply to you:

  • If your visa is denied: A full refund of paid registration fees can be issued if your visa is denied. A written refund request must be received by July 1, 2025. Please provide a copy of your visa denial notice.
  • Scholar Applications: If you have been accepted as a 2025 Scholar and have confirmed the acceptance, you will be provided a visa letter and do not need to complete this form.
  • Bursary Recipients: Please complete your bursary application before completing this form.

Visa invitation letters are issued once a week and will be sent to your International ACAC contact email.
