Single Occupancy Agreement *

Please note that our tour rates and hotel reservations are all arranged based on double-occupancy rooms and rates; should you need a single occupancy room, we will make all necessary attempts to meet this request, but we may not be able to do so. Therefore, if selected, your participation will not be confirmed until arrangements have been made with the hotel.

Should you be approved to attend the event, in the case that we can accommodate this need, we will be billing individuals for a single room for all nights and charging the full hotel room fees to be covered in addition to the tour fee; we estimate this amount to range between $900-$1100 USD.

I hereby grant the International Association for College Admissions Counseling (International ACAC) permission to the rights of my image, likeness, and sound of my voice as recorded in still, audio, or video format without payment or any other consideration to me for such use. This permission extends to International ACAC volunteers, International ACAC staff or agents, tour participants, tour leaders, and members of the institutions visited during the 2026 International ACAC Counselor Bus Tour who may record such images and videos for promotional and other lawful purposes. I understand that the images, video, or audio recorded may be used in print materials, websites, or social media. I grant permission to collect media throughout the duration of the 2026 International ACAC Annual Conference and International ACAC Counselor Bus Tour and the permanent rights to use the collected images, video, and audio materials now and in the future.
