2025 Annual Conference Raffle: Raffle Prize Submission Form

The International ACAC Raffle is a fun, time-honored tradition that brings items from around the world for conference attendees to bid on. All proceeds benefit the International ACAC Global Fund. See examples of other prizes to be inspired about your own.

Want to donate a prize? Show off something cool from your home or institution? Share your favorite food with the global community at the conference? Use this form to tell us about your donation.

About your donation:

Prizes can be dropped off in the Raffle Room on the third floor of the Curry Student Center.
As a back-up option, you may leave your prize at the Special Events table when checking into the conference. This is not preferred.
We request that you do not ship raffle items in advance. Plan to bring them with you to the conference.
