2025 International ACAC Gathering Grant Application

International ACAC Gathering Grants help facilitate the getting-together of members from around the world. Learn more on the Gathering Grants website and use this application form to request one of the twelve available grants.

Twelve (12) grants are available in 2025.
Grants can be up to $250 USD.
Submitting this application does not guarantee being awarded a grant.

Application and Evaluation

You must be an active International ACAC member to apply.
Applications are reviewed by a committee of volunteers.
Selection is based on the plan for the gathering and the region of the gathering. Emphasis will be placed on spreading grants over multiple regions.
Funds may not be used towards attending the International ACAC Annual Conference, Regional Institutes, or any other association programs.

Please note that application review may take a few weeks. Please plan your event for at least one month after submitting this application.

This application will be available until all 12 grants are distributed.
