International ACAC Gathering Grants help facilitate the getting-together of members from around the world. Grants are available for active members of International ACAC. Learn more and see photos from previous gatherings on the Gathering Grants website.

Use this form to apply for one of the six grants available between January and June 2026. Is your gathering planned for the second half of 2026? Use this application form instead.

Terms for the Grant

Six (6) grants are available in the first half of 2026.
The Gathering must take place between January and June. No applications will be considered for July.
Reimbursements must be requested (with all required documentation) by June 1 to be paid before July. Otherwise, reimbursement will be made in August. No reimbursements will be made in July.
Grants can be up to $250 USD.

Application and Evaluation

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis by a committee of volunteers.
Selection is based on the plan for the gathering and location. Emphasis will be placed on spreading grants over multiple regions.
Please note that application review may take a few weeks. Please plan your event for at least one month after submitting this application.
Submitting this application does not guarantee being awarded a grant.

This application will be available until 6 grants have been distributed, or until May 31, 2026.
