2026 Conference Invitation Letter for Visa Applications

Invitation Letter Request Form

International ACAC members who are committed to attending the 2026 Annual Conference can request a letter of invitation for visa applications. Please ensure your passport is not expiring in 2026 and that you have enough pages left in your passport before starting this request form.

If your visa is denied: A full refund of paid registration fees can be issued if your visa is denied. A written refund request including a copy of your visa denial notice must be received by July 6, 2026.

Scholars: If you are a member of the Scholar Program for the 2026 Conference, you will be provided a personalized invitation letter. You do not need to complete this form.

Bursary Recipients: Please complete your bursary application before completing this form.

Please note the following:

You must be an active International ACAC member in order to receive an invitation letter.
Letters are issued once a week.
