2025 Conference Volunteer Registration


Members are invited to volunteer to help with conference planning and on-site support. These are short-term appointments, some lasting through the 2025 Conference in July. It is a great way to get involved! Volunteers are sought to help in the following areas:

Session Review & Selection *Not Accepting More Applicants*

This committee will review submitted proposals, select the sessions to be offered at the Annual Conference, and assist with scheduling.

Time frame: February to April

Conference Chats Review & Selection *Not Accepting More Applicants*

This committee will review submitted proposals and select the chats to be offered at the Annual Conference. They will also work with speakers to develop their presentations and provide on-site support as needed.

Time frame: February to on-site support during the conference

College & Counselor Fairs *Not Accepting More Applicants*

This committee will work to organize and provide day-of support with the Conference Fairs.

Time frame: May to on-site support during the conference

Special Events/Service

This committee will provide onsite support for Global Fund activities such as the Raffle, 5K & 3K Run/Walk, and the Golf Scramble at the Annual Conference.

Time frame: On-site support during the conference

First-Timers *Not Accepting More Applicants*

This committee organizes the International ACAC First-Timer event, held in-person for first-time attendees prior to every International ACAC Conference. They will also support any pre-hype events held virtually before being on-site at the conference.

Time frame: May to on-site support during the conference

Sponsor & Exhibitor Support *Not Accepting More Applicants*

This committee will assist with work with sponsors and exhibitors to exchange necessary information, coordinate deliverables, and maintain communications. 

Time frame: February to on-site support during the conference. Most support needed prior to conference.

Bursary Review

This committee will assist with reviewing and awarding conference bursaries to eligible applicants. 

Time frame: January to May.
