Sponsorship Application 


International ACAC members are invited to sponsor an item or event at the 2026 Annual Conference. 

  • Sponsorships are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Payment information, terms of agreement, and advertisement/logo specifications (if applicable) will be provided once your application has been confirmed.
  • Sponsors must be active members of International ACAC. (Membership information is available here.)

Aside from General Conference Sponsorship, the sponsorship options will be listed alphabetically. Please refer to the charts on the Sponsorship webpage for updates on available and filled opportunities. This application form will be updated periodically to remove sponsorship items that have already been filled.

Please provide the full, official name of the sponsoring organization/institution, exactly as it should appear in any conference materials, if different from above.

If you are not an active International ACAC member, please list the name (first and last) of your colleague who is. 

Please note that sponsorship is only available to International ACAC members; the active member must work at the sponsoring organization.

Please include the email address for the International ACAC member, if not you.
