
Volunteer Registration Form
International ACAC Annual Conference
Members are invited to volunteer on a committee and help with conference planning and on-site support. These are short-term appointments, some lasting through the conference in July 2026. Please note that volunteering on a Conference Committee does not include financial support to attend the conference.
Volunteers are invited to join the following Committees:
Bursary Committee: This committee will assist with reviewing and awarding conference bursaries to eligible applicants.
Term: January through June.
College & Counselor Fairs Committee: This committee will work to organize and provide day-of support with the Conference Fairs.
Term: May to on-site support during the conference.
First-Timers' Committee: This committee organizes the International ACAC First-Timers' event, held at the conference for first-time attendees. They will also support any virtual events held prior to the conference.
Term: May to on-site support during the conference.
Session Review & Selection Committee: This committee will review submitted proposals, select the sessions to be offered at the Annual Conference, and assist with potential scheduling.
Term: February and March
Special Events Committee: This committee will provide both planning and on-site support for Global Fund activities including the 5K & 3K Run/Walk, Good Morning Yoga, and the Book Drive, among others.
Term: On-site support during the conference.
