Request for a Conference Attendance Certificate

Thank you for attending the 2025 International ACAC Annual Conference at Northeastern University! Please submit the form below to request a certificate of attendance. 

Please note these important details:

  • The information on your certificate will reflect the institution you represented at the conference. Reach out to Admin@InternationalACAC.org if there are any issues with the information on your certificate. 
  • Attendance certificates will be issued once weekly.

Please include your first and last name as you registered for the conference. (For instance, if you registered using an English name, please include that name.)

Please write your name as you would like it to appear on your certificate, if different from above. For example, if you would prefer your name in non-English characters or including your middle name. 

This should be the institution or organization that you represented at the annual conference. 

If your email address has changed since the annual conference, you may include your most up-to-date address here.
