2026 Conference Bursary Application

International ACAC 2026 Annual Conference
Bursary Application

International ACAC offers bursaries to members who want to attend the Annual Conference but whose institutions or organizations will not fully fund their attendance. Bursaries also support independent counseling members.

Conference bursaries may cover all or part of the following:

  • Early Bird registration fee; and/or
  • Up to 4 nights of on-campus housing.

See 2026 Annual Conference costs for reference.

Bursaries do not cover:

  • Travel expenses such as flights, visa fees, ground transportation, and other incidentals;
  • Pre-Conference Institute registration;
  • For-Profit members are not eligible for bursaries.

Being selected for a bursary does not guarantee you a spot at the conference. You are still required to submit a conference registration form. Conference registration will open on March 18.

If selected:

Notifications will be sent in early February.

Within two weeks of receiving this notification, you are required to submit a letter of institutional support.

  • If your school or organization is able to partially fund your attendance, the letter should indicate the amount.
  • If you are self-funding your travel expenses, please write a letter detailing that you will be self-funding.
