We are seeking individuals who demonstrate exceptional leadership potential and possess a proven track record of leading teams effectively.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will thrive in a vibrant and welcoming school environment. As a member of our High School Counseling team, you will be part of a unique and comprehensive counseling model that integrates social-emotional support with academic and university/college counseling. Our innovative tag-team tumbling model pairs counselors for Grades 9/11 and 10/12, ensuring holistic support for our students as they navigate their high school journey. The counselor coming in will be on the 10/12 team (TBC). 

Key Qualifications:
 • Proven leadership experience in a school counseling setting.
 • Strong understanding of social-emotional learning and academic counseling.
 • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.
 • Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive school community.
